I just got a whole set of Kinetic Go Green plastic containers at my local Marshalls for a fraction of retail and am so excited! We found enough to completely organize our chest freezer at home, and now everything is finally easy to find and grab out for cooking, thanks to the large size and the handles in the lids… Spring cleaning, indeed

Friday, May 14th, 2010I got the most awesome Ed Hardy 7 oz, leather wrapped flask. I had been looking for a while and the ones I saw were either too girly, or masculine, too small, or just not me. I found this one and instantly knew it was just what I was waiting for. I love it!! Just killing time, I went into Marshalls and low and behold, right in front of me, the shirts for $29.99 that I always pay $65.00 for at Macy’s and Dillards. OMG, I grabbed up 6 of them (one of each of the colors available.) I’m going back today, and taking a friend, to see if any other colors are available now.

I do a lot of adventure travel all around the world and I find the best brands (North Face, Columbia, etc.) for a fraction of what I’d pay at a sporting goods store or catalog. I try to stop by at least once/twice a week because there’s always something I’ll “need” for my next trip! This includes tops, shirts, fleeces, and convertible/quick-dry pants/shorts/skirts!

Monday, May 3rd, 2010Marshalls is fast becoming the only place I shop now. After searching store after store for a dress for a special occasion, I finally found an adorable dress that I love for only $25. Went to several shoe stores looking for shoes to go with it. Guess what, went back to Marshalls and found some gorgeous shoes and a sweater shrug to complete the outfit. Can’t wait to wear it.
